Mind, Body & Boogie is a two day festival of music, dance and sporting activities organised and coordinated by Week4ADay Community Interest Company, to be held in Bollington on September 2nd -3rd 2006.
Our aim is to provide a week-end of free music, sporting and cultural events with a focus on mental health and social inclusion. We are supported by a network of artists and performers who have pledged their time to help Week4ADay.
Week4aday have joined with Troy Andrews and Orleans Avenue in a unique project to raise funds for Week4ADay and for the Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund.
Troy (Trombone Shorty) started playing on the streets of New Orleans at the age of 6 and later graduated from the Louis Armstrong School of Performing Arts, New Orleans.
